• Initiates telephone requests for information from locate companies • Maintains the CMR locate desk email inbox • Reviews acquired documentation for errors and omissions • Creates, updates and maintains damage information utilizing Microsoft Excel • Records claim information via data entry into CMR's customized software applications • Communicates with co-workers, management, locate companies and others in courteous and professional manner

• Verify that data is accurate and complete • Analyze and research information to determine the correct party is being billed • Record claim information via data entry into CMR's customized software applications • Respond to client and potential responsible party requests for information via email and telephone • Communicate with co-workers, management, and clients in a courteous and professional manner

• Investigate claims issues and provide information to damagers and utility company field technicians • Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurance companies as applicable • Review claim information and request/research additional reference material to complete the claim record • File subrogation packages with insurance companies • Dispute resolution and response to damager objections • Enter data into customized claims systems • Tracks fees, closed and open claims, and other claims information

• Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians and other field operators reporting FNOL • Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database • Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable • Provide outstanding service to customer representatives • Analyze photos and map the correct location
