Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our VIP team in Latin America (LATAM), and serve as the primary point of contact, to further enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in the region. - Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients across LATAM markets. - Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication. - Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers. - Analyze the clients' behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports. - Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience. - Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, communities, and influencers in the LATAM crypto ecosystem. Qualifications - Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc. - Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous. - Prior working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc. is preferred. - Native or fluent Spanish required; English proficiency is essential. - Strong communication and written skills. - Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills. - Demonstrates enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations. - Familiarity with the LATAM regulatory landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
