Role Description Bnberry is currently searching for a dedicated Hospitality Listing Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hotel partners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients' listings are accurately represented and optimized for maximum visibility and bookings. - Guide new hotel clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform. - Collect and verify key information regarding hotel properties, amenities, and unique selling points. - Create and optimize listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, photos, and pricing. - Provide training and support to hotel staff regarding best practices for managing listings and engaging with guests. - Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance listing visibility and drive bookings. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve our onboarding processes. English proficiency is mandatory. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, onboarding, or a similar role. - Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and short-term rental platforms. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficient in using CRM software and data analytics tools. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage. Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Revenue Support Specialist to support day-to-day Order-to-Cash activities.
