Assist World
• Processing and coding purchase invoices. • Raising and issuing sales invoices. • Recording and reconciling financial transactions. • Managing purchase orders (POs). • Assisting with general bookkeeping and accounts administration. • Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero. • Supporting the Accounts team with ad hoc finance tasks as required. • Communicating professionally via email with suppliers and internal stakeholders where necessary
Job Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong written communication skills.
