Job Requirements
- Fachliches Know-how und praktische Erfahrung im ökologischen Ackerbau
- Studium der Agrarwissenschaften, Abschluss als Meister/in oder Techniker/in für Agrarwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Begeisterung für den organisch‑biologischen Landbau und Motivation, diesen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
- Bereitschaft, für Beratung, Projekte und Veranstaltungen auch unterwegs zu sein
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben sowie eine offene, kommunikative Art
- Spaß daran, Wissen verständlich zu vermitteln – auch in Form von Vorträgen bei Workshops und Feldtagen
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Einsatzgebietes
