Essity
• Direct line management and development of a team • Identification and cultivation of potential clients, e.g., medical care centers, outpatient surgery centers, wound care centers, retail, homecare, national nursing services, and healthcare provider organizations suitable for strategic business expansion • Establishing contacts with associations of statutory health insurance physicians (Kassenärztliche Vereinigungen), health insurance companies, and physician networks; network management and creation of a continuous flow of information with stakeholders • Responsibility for the development and implementation of national networking projects. Stakeholders to be involved are coordinated cross-functionally and across channels in consultation with management • Monitoring and analysis of sales development, market and competitive conditions, and deriving new trends in the healthcare market and strategic measures (using tools such as customer reports, CRM data, the internet, and trade journals) • Responsibility for building and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within Health & Medical with a focus on the medical business • Establishing a structure of POMs and HMMs in close collaboration with the HM Public Affairs & Market Access team
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
- Several years of sales experience in key account management
- Strong ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically across all hierarchical levels and diverse target audiences
- Leadership experience managing a team of 3–7 FTEs
- Strong lateral (matrix) as well as disciplinary leadership skills and experience in leading teams
- Active in health policy networks and possess a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the healthcare market
- High degree of assertiveness, self-organization and self-motivation, as well as very strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Enthusiasm and team orientation, high flexibility, and willingness to travel nationally (up to 80%), including overnight stays
- Driver's license class B (car)
- Business-fluent German
- English skills at CEFR level B2 are required
