Role Description This is the white-glove role for our most important accounts. When a named customer calls, you drop everything, pick up the phone, and solve it. Your job is to become the licensing partner they cannot imagine working without, the person who knows their environment, anticipates their needs, and makes Microsoft licensing feel effortless on their end. The second half of the role is internal. You are the licensing authority who levels up the rest of the team. You coach Account Executives, sit in on sales calls, and make sure we recommend the right Microsoft solution every time, not just the easiest one to quote. Expect to get pulled into deals and handed tickets with almost no context. Part detective, part workhorse, you chase down the answer no matter how buried it is, and you do it with patience, warmth, and authority. If you love being the person everyone turns to for the hard licensing question, and you genuinely enjoy taking care of people, this role was built for you. What You'll Own - Named Account Concierge: Serve as the dedicated licensing point of contact for our highest-value accounts. Build deep relationships, respond with urgency, and roll out the red carpet every single time. - Licensing Solution Advisor: Advise customers on the right Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing structure for their needs, balancing cost, compliance, and growth. - Sales Enablement Authority: Partner with Account Executives on active deals, joining sales calls to scope and validate licensing. - Internal Licensing Coach: Train and mentor internal teams on Microsoft licensing programs, products, and best practices. - Ticket Detective: Own and resolve licensing tickets and customer requests, often starting from incomplete information. What This Role Does Not Include - Technical troubleshooting, system configuration, or hands-on IT work - Azure architecture, deployment, or consumption optimization - Microsoft 365 administration or technical support Qualifications - A relationship-first mindset and a genuine drive to take care of customers - 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure licensing, GCC and GCC High licensing - Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, features, and licensing models - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to research and interpret Microsoft licensing documentation - Experience advising customers or internal stakeholders on licensing decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with ticketing systems and managing customer requests - Comfortable working in a remote environment - Self-motivated Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Microsoft CSP, EA, or AOS-G programs - Working knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center - Familiarity with CMMC compliance requirements - Experience with Autotask PSA or similar ticketing systems Benefits - Competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, 12 paid holidays, professional development) - Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy - Mission-driven work that directly strengthens our national security posture - Compensation: USD 60000 - USD 75000 yearly
