• Implement the defined sales, profitability and growth targets through a targeted key customer approach. • Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships through strategic account and project management. • Actively promote our product solutions in the hospital sector and ensure that our offers the highest claims suffice. • Act as the main contact person for important actors in the hospital sector, such as Hospital pharmacists, physicians and health economics decision makers, and create trust through well-founded advice and support. • Analyse continuously market developments and recognize new business opportunities in the framework of the corporate strategy. • Close coordination with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales.
Job Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or similar)
- Qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative in accordance with §75 AMG
- Proven experience in hospital sales or Pharmaceutical Key Account Management
- In-depth knowledge of hospital structures and decision-making processes
- Ideally, experience in therapeutic areas such as infectious diseases, intensive care, or oncology
- Well-founded understanding of the hospital market and the relevant decision-making processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Excellent German and English language skills
