Role Description Eurofins BPT-Columbia is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our team located in Columbia, Missouri. The Contracts Coordinator position is an entry-level position responsible for defining scope and writing contracts for medium- to large-sized projects within assigned service lines. The Contracts Coordinator assists with process creation and implementation for business activities as assigned. - Assist business development staff, operations staff, and sales managers by outlining scope of projects for assigned service lines, including describing scope of work in a cost proposal format with associated pricing. - Prepare contracts outlining client’s projects across many Biopharmaceutical service lines within the designated timeframe. - Create change orders as requested by operations and Project Managers. - Serve as back-up for contract preparation for all service lines. - Assist with cost analysis at completion of projects to determine future pricing guidelines. - Follow CRM/Sales processes as defined by business development practices. - Ensure adherence to the approved sales processes and workflows and collaboratively assist with continuous improvement. - Promote Eurofins during all interactions with customers, both internal and external. - Assist with project builds in eLIMS per the approved contract. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical field and 1 year of relevant experience (laboratory, business development or sales). May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience. - Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. The M&A Corporate Development Associate works to execute corporate development and acquisition activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all aspects of the M&A process, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, building financial models, and supporting transaction execution. As the M&A Corporate Development Associate, you will provide analytical and strategic support to help drive the continued growth of our fast-paced company. A-LIGN will depend on you as the M&A Corporate Development Associate to support acquisition strategy, transaction execution, and corporate development initiatives. Reports to SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis Pay Classification Full-Time, Exempt Responsibilities: • Help manage the end-to-end M&A process, coordinating internal stakeholders, advisors, and external counterparties to keep deals on timeline • Review confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and data rooms; synthesize findings into clear investment theses and recommendations • Build and maintain financial models, including valuation, LBO/return analysis, and buyside and synergy cases to support deal evaluation • Build and maintain the acquisition pipeline; proactively source and screen targets with A-LIGN senior leadership • Lead relationships with investment bankers, brokers, and intermediaries to surface and track opportunities • Lead and coordinate diligence workstreams, including financial, commercial, legal, technical, and HR diligence activities • Prepare investment committee and board materials, including target overviews, deal memos, and recommendation decks • Support negotiation, structuring, and execution activities, including LOIs, purchase agreements, and integration planning in partnership with deal counsel • Maintain pipeline trackers, market maps, and competitive landscape analyses across A-LIGN’s core and adjacent markets • Partner with corporate strategy on build-vs-buy analysis, new-service and new-market opportunity sizing, and post-close integration tracking
