As a Creative Project Manager, you will be the entrusted expert on our products and services. You will seize the opportunity to consult with clients on high impact projects that elevate their brand. You’ll push creative boundaries, presenting fresh, innovative merchandise solutions that set both your clients and Kotis apart from the competition. This is a fully remote position. Takes full ownership driving day-to-day operations; planning and overseeing all aspects of your client’s brand strategy, from overseeing project management product pitching and developing timeline, to ensuring a successful project outcome. Responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, a proactive mindset and strategic consultation. Prioritize high impact activities, including account strategy, growth and projection planning and sending proactive ideas. Keep current on trends to push the creative envelope to showcase ideas that haven’t been done to set your client and Kotis apart from competitors. Oversee your own dedicated support assistant who handles non-client facing admin tasks, allowing you to focus on driving projects forward, proactive planning, and being a strong creative resource for clients. Proactively close inbound projects (while earning a monthly bonus) and retain customer revenue while identifying upsell and growth opportunities. Work in tandem with your Platform Success Manager to land business and make Kotis the “one stop shop” for all your client’s merchandise. Prioritizes a constant stream of high volume, urgent inquiries with a calm demeanor and addresses client concerns and questions promptly.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years Project Management, Account Management, or Sales experience required.
- Strong PC skills and experience working with Microsoft Office suite required.
- Creative with proven track record of strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- AA, BS/BA or equivalent experience.
- Compensation
- $77,500-87,500 annual with uncapped bonus potential. Estimated year one $15,000+, team bonus average from 2025 $29,000+.
