Job Requirements

  • 8 + years of preconstruction or Commercial construction Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant MEP Preconstruction / Estimating experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • Deep understanding of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems & Strong grasp of IPC, IMC, and ASHRAE standards
  • Types of Projects include Commercial (Office Buildings, Hotels, Religious, Life Science, Mission Critical, and Health-Care Facilities) and Industrial (Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing/Assembly Facilities)
  • Expert in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office products
