Construction Manager

7-Eleven

• Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion. • Review project updates and progress reports, ensure KPIs are on track. • Engage with stakeholders providing updates and facilitating decision-making. • Direct contractors, engineers, architects to complete construction projects. • Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators.

Job Requirements

  • Operational experience in c-store, fueling, or quick service restaurant
  • Understanding of accessibility and life safety laws and how they apply
  • Expertise in installing and maintaining retail (UST) fueling systems
  • Working knowledge of refrigeration equipment, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
  • Construction and project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4 + years of US military experience
