Product Manager

PublicInput

• Play an active role in defining and executing product strategy, roadmap, and features, balancing business, technology, and user needs • Write high-level requirements – typically as user stories and epics • Run customer discovery projects and represent the customer (be a proxy) within the development process • Evangelize the product vision • Plan for and play an active role in product design work • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Track releases and provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and product messaging • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Make data-informed and analysis-based recommendations to management and development teams • Define features and achieve product vision from product definition and planning through development, release, and end of life • Create, manage, and prioritize tickets in the company’s project management system (DevOps) • Support Quality Assurance (QA) in developing stories for acceptance testing • Generate reports and product documentation, including internal stakeholder training

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a product manager and/or product designer for a SaaS product
  • Client-facing requirements gathering and training experience required
  • Agile Development methodology, Design principles, and Quality Assurance
  • Pragmatic Marketing Framework experience preferred, but not required
  • Govtech experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with product analytics and AI tools is a plus
  • Ability to break down high-level projects into actionable stories
  • Ability to identify requirement gaps and make improvements to product requirements
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing workflows, business processes, and wireframes
  • Experience running multiple projects and delivering key business outcomes on time
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
