Role Description As a Senior Product Manager at Condor, you will own some of the most critical surfaces of the financial intelligence platform that enterprise biopharma teams rely on to run their operations and finance. This is a high-impact role at the center of how Condor translates complex domain reality into products customers trust to make decisions. - Define product strategy and execution across major platform areas, from financial intelligence workflows to data-driven automation and AI-powered capabilities. - Work closely with the VP of Product to turn company-level strategy into clear product direction. - Maintain direct ownership of roadmap prioritization, problem definition, and delivery. - Develop strong intuition for customer workflows and ensure that what ships is both correct and usable in real-world enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities - Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and own major product areas end-to-end. - Engage deeply with customers, services, and SMEs to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure product decisions reflect real-world financial and clinical workflows. - Lead feature delivery from concept through UAT and release, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across sprints. - Define clear requirements, including high-quality user stories, manage the backlog, and drive consistent execution with engineering and design. - Demonstrate strong capability in shaping and delivering AI-driven product functionality, e.g. workflow automation, model-assisted features, data intelligence, and predictive insights. - Analyze product usage data, define success metrics, and apply quantitative and qualitative insights to refine the roadmap. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth delivery. - Triage bugs, customer issues, and operational gaps, driving efficient root-cause analysis with engineering and services. - Communicate product and release progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications - 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS, ideally in finance, FP&A, clinical trial operations, analytics, or workflow automation. - Demonstrated ability to own a product area independently - defining strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable outcomes. - Strong experience with AI-enabled product experiences, including leveraging LLMs, automation workflows, or data intelligence models to improve user outcomes. - High proficiency working with structured data, financial logic, or operational workflows where precision is critical. - Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams in highly iterative environments. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in clinical trial finance, forecasting, FP&A, or regulated life sciences technology. - Experience working in a Series A-C startup with rapid scale. - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in clinical development and data handling. - Comfort working with or guiding implementation of AI-assisted workflows, data transformation logic, or model-governed features.
