Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;

- Advanced certifications are a plus, such as:
- Programming Languages: Microsoft Certified (C#) or equivalent certifications in specific languages;
- Architecture and Cloud: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional;
- Agile and DevOps: Scrum Master, Certified DevOps Engineer.

Role Description The Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday is a key member of the Global HR Systems team, responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday platform. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This position serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday and plays a critical role in driving system enhancements, supporting global HR initiatives, and delivering insights through reporting and analytics.
