Role Description The M&A Corporate Development Associate works to execute corporate development and acquisition activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all aspects of the M&A process, including: - Sourcing opportunities - Evaluating acquisition targets - Conducting due diligence - Building financial models - Supporting transaction execution As the M&A Corporate Development Associate, you will provide analytical and strategic support to help drive the continued growth of our fast-paced company. A-LIGN will depend on you to support acquisition strategy, transaction execution, and corporate development initiatives. Role Description As the Business Development Manager for Speakman, you will manage complex customers within a specific channel focus (Multi-Family, RMI Contractors, MRO, Wholesale Distribution, Hospitality) that cross over multiple territories through both spec agencies and distribution. Your primary responsibilities include executing strategies and enhancing customer relationships to grow the Southern Territory of the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. This position is remote based with preference for the individual to live in the Southern Region near a national airport. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong understanding and experience of the distribution channel sales route to market and has direct experience in the building and construction industry, particularly with large regional accounts. You will also need to be able to travel approximately 75% or 3 weeks out of the month to customer locations.
