Job Description

Clinical Account Executive

• Support pharmacy benefit management programs with the development of clinical strategies • Develop new clinical strategies and provide oversight of clinical programs • Analyze, interpret, and develop recommendations using prescription claims data • Participate in client implementation meetings and maintain client relationships • Make recommendations for clients regarding drug pipeline activity • Provide drug information and operational expertise • Analyze and evaluate pharmacy data and reporting • Develop communication materials regarding formulary and utilization management changes • Support customer service department when clinical claim review is needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on various responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy; B.S. Pharmacy accepted
  • Five (5) years of pharmacy experience working for a Health Plan or PBM
  • Experience in client-facing role and client presentations
  • Experience with utilization management including specialty medication management strategies, clinical program development, drug use evaluation, and formulary development and maintenance
  • Excellent written and oral skills, both in developing materials and presenting to clients
  • Ability to multi-task and work outside the clinical environment
  • Exceptional clinical, business, and relationship building skills.

Role Description Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the National Account Executive owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, selling to restaurant and hotel groups through cold outbound and group-purchasing / license-based channels (e.g., Avendra and similar hospitality GPOs), then growing those accounts through recurring reorders. What You'll Do - Build and work an outbound pipeline of restaurant groups, hotel groups, and multi-unit hospitality operators - Sell into and through GPO / license-based purchasing channels, navigating procurement and multi-stakeholder buying - Own the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, samples, quoting custom and stock programs, and closing - Partner with our production and operations teams to scope solutions that we can deliver profitably - Keep a clean pipeline and forecast in CRM Qualifications - 3+ years of B2B outbound sales, ideally in uniforms, workwear, facility services, or hospitality supply (Cintas, Aramark, UniFirst, Vestis, or similar) - Experience selling through GPO or license-based contracts (Avendra, Foodbuy, Entegra, or similar) is a major plus - Comfortable with cold outreach and procurement cycles - Hospitality industry experience is a plus - understanding how kitchens, front-of-house, and hotel operations work Benefits - On-target earnings of $120,000–$140,000: a base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commission - Group health, dental, vision insurance - Paid time off - Monthly dining stipend - Employee discount Company Description On a mission to help people look better and cook better since 2012.
