Multicultural Content Strategist and Copywriter
Collier Simon
We're looking for a Multicultural Content Strategist and Copywriter to own the writing across a high-volume performance marketing client with a deep portfolio of brands, regional markets, and a significant Hispanic audience across the United States. This is a bilingual, multicultural-forward role. Write original copy in both English and Spanish Develop culturally grounded messaging strategies for Hispanic markets Ensure that multicultural creative is integrated from the start Cover the full breadth of copywriting: brand-level concepting, campaign development, and high-volume executional work Partner with art directors and collaborate with media partners on multicultural plans Identify opportunities to automate templated and redundant work using AI tools
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of copywriting experience, with significant time in an agency environment
- Fluent bilingual writer (English/Spanish)
- Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic markets
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand/campaign-level work and high-volume executional writing
- Experience writing across multiple channels and formats
- Comfort with technical writing: offers, legal copy, compliance language
- Self-directed with strong editorial judgment
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Actively using AI tools to improve creative process and output
- Must be available to work standard PST hours
- Lead through the quality of your work
- Write authentically across different cultural contexts
- Think brand-first in a performance-driven environment
- Comfortable writing across every format: broadcast, video, audio, OOH, digital, CRM, web, social, and print
- Navigate brand guidelines, legal and compliance requirements
- Build frameworks, templates, and modular writing systems
- Concept with art directors
