Remote People
• Drive sales of photovoltaic and battery energy storage product lines in local market. • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to contract close — delivering against annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets. • Identify and develop relationships with project owners, distributors, EPCs, and system integrators across the country. • Build a structured channel partner network to grow company's market coverage and brand presence. • Manage and grow existing accounts with proactive, responsive support. • Assist clients on product selection, technical queries, and project implementation. • Drive repeat orders, upsell opportunities, and referrals. • Lead all commercial engagements end-to-end — from proposal and quotation through to contract execution. • Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery, and manage receivables to ensure healthy cash flow. • Track local and broader European solar/BESS market dynamics, competitor activity, policy changes, and pricing trends. • Provide structured market feedback to inform company's product strategy, positioning, and pricing decisions.
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience in BESS, solar PV, or related clean energy sectors, with a track record in channel development and distributor/installer network management
- Strong knowledge of solar and storage market
- Commercially driven, strategic thinker comfortable with both individual contributor and team leadership responsibilities
- Long-term commitment to the clean energy industry
