Modalidad: 100% Remoto (Aplica para Lima y Callao) Horario: Lunes a Sábados de 9:00 am a 18:00 pm (48 horas semanales) Descanso: Domingo libre fijo ¿Cuál será tu función? - Llamar a usuarios de distintos operadores a nivel nacional (Claro, Entel y Bitel) para ofrecer y vender los beneficios de Movistar, aplicando promociones y descuentos. Qualifications - Contar con PC o Laptop (Mínimo 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 a más, procesador Ryzen o Core i3 a más). - Contar con recibo de servicio de Internet (Mínimo 50 mbps). - Conexión obligatoria por CABLE DE RED a la laptop o PC (No se permite uso de WIFI). You will take ownership of critical support tasks, allowing the sales representative to focus on building relationships and driving new business. Key Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Support - Prepare and manage customer quotes from start to finish. - Follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts during the sales process. - Assist customers with product selection and pricing strategies. - Account Coordination - Support the Regional Sales Representative in managing and growing key accounts. - Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with customers to ensure timely responses. - Coordinate internally across departments as needed to support the sales process. - Order & Process Management - Ensure all transaction details, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines, are accurate. - Manage inbound leads and route them appropriately within the team. - Maintain meticulous CRM records and account notes. - Assist in the creation of proposals and sales materials. Qualifications - 2+ years of proven experience in a sales or sales support role. - Highly proficient in English (written and verbal). - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Fully proficient across the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites. - A proactive and driven "self-starter" with an intuitive approach to problem-solving. - A genuine motivation for sales and a desire to contribute to a high-performing revenue team.
