Role Description The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Delivery is accountable for the successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives supporting the Commercial line of business. This role provides strategic and execution leadership across a hybrid infrastructure landscape, including on-prem, cloud, and integrated platform services. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional prioritization, understands how to balance demand versus capacity, and continuously evaluates delivery focus to align with business outcomes. This leader operates effectively across both waterfall and agile delivery models, influences without direct authority, and communicates confidently with engineers, architects, and senior executives—particularly under pressure and tight timelines. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives supporting Commercial business capabilities - Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across hybrid infrastructure environments (on-prem, cloud, and shared services) - Lead delivery planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent initiatives - Continuously assess and adjust priorities based on business demand, delivery capacity, and risk - Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term infrastructure sustainability and scalability - Actively manage demand versus capacity, ensuring teams are focused on the highest-value and highest-risk work - Partner with business and technology stakeholders to sequence work appropriately and resolve competing priorities - Make decisive trade-offs when constraints arise, clearly articulating impact and rationale - Partner closely with solution and enterprise architects to review and challenge infrastructure designs - Apply working knowledge of solution architecture concepts to ensure designs meet requirements for resiliency, security, scalability, and operational support - Provide constructive critique of proposed solutions, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for simplification or reuse - Ensure infrastructure designs align with enterprise standards and hybrid architecture strategy - Provide influential leadership across matrixed engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams - Translate technical delivery details into clear business-level updates for senior leadership - Serve as a trusted delivery partner to Commercial business leaders and technology executives - Maintain composure and credibility in high-pressure situations and during aggressive delivery timelines Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, engineering, or technology program leadership - Proven experience delivering infrastructure solutions in a hybrid environment (on-prem and cloud) - Strong prioritization skills with the ability to continually reassess work based on value, risk, and capacity - Experience managing demand versus capacity across multiple initiatives - Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies - Strong influential leadership skills and executive-level communication - Ability to operate effectively under pressure and meet tight, high-visibility timelines - Solid understanding of infrastructure and solution architecture concepts Benefits - Career Growth Opportunities: We help you thrive, so together, we can grow.
