Mid-level Process Analyst
Five Acts
• The mission will be to independently structure and lead the mapping, optimization and transition (Change Management) of business processes, system flows and analytical datasets across a portfolio of critical digital transformation and IT projects. • The candidate will play a leading role in translating operational and systems complexity into seamless solutions, as well as designing and managing the change strategy to mitigate operational and cultural resistance, maximizing adoption and engagement of bank employees and end customers. • Lead workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and executive presentations with independence and ownership. • Ensure that improvements and processes follow best practices in registry and master data governance (Cadastro), data governance and compliance, defining KPIs for operational efficiency and KPIs for adoption/success of the implemented change.
Job Requirements
- Solid professional experience leading the mapping of highly complex processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and governance of systems, data and business rules.
- Strong track record in project management (traditional and agile methodologies).
- Excellent synthesis and communication skills, capable of translating technical IT documentation clearly for business, compliance and legal teams.
- Extremely high level of ownership, proactivity and autonomy to lead meetings and drive solutions without constant supervision.
- Commitment, ownership and autonomy: action-oriented mindset and rigorous self-management, taking initiative to remove organizational blockers.
- Holistic and systemic view: understanding the end-to-end impact that a system change has on people, processes and data.

Role Description Provides entry level analyst support for provider configuration activities including accurate and timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases. Synchronizes data within multiple claims systems and validates data stored within provider databases - ensuring adherence to business and system requirements as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.
