Senior Quality Analyst

NEXDOM healthtech

• Work closely with development and product teams to ensure the quality of deliveries throughout the entire development lifecycle; • Plan, design, and execute test scenarios and test cases (functional, regression, and automated); • Develop, enhance, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations; • Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution; • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing a quality perspective from the conception of requirements; • Support the definition, implementation, and evolution of QA strategies, processes, and best practices; • Perform impact analyses and support validation processes across different environments; • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure deliveries with high reliability and performance; • Promote continuous improvement of testing processes, product quality, and end-user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a QA Analyst / Software Tester;
  • Hands-on experience with test automation using Cypress/Playwright;
  • Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing;
  • Experience working in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools;
  • Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD);
  • Experience testing APIs (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools);
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail;
  • Collaborative profile with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Good communication, autonomy, and ability to exert technical influence;
  • Practical experience using AI tools applied to test engineering (e.g., data generation, creation and maintenance of automation scripts, QA process optimization).

Role Description Provides entry level analyst support for provider configuration activities including accurate and timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases. Synchronizes data within multiple claims systems and validates data stored within provider databases - ensuring adherence to business and system requirements as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.
