• The mission will be to independently structure and lead the mapping, optimization and transition (Change Management) of business processes, system flows and analytical datasets across a portfolio of critical digital transformation and IT projects. • The candidate will play a leading role in translating operational and systems complexity into seamless solutions, as well as designing and managing the change strategy to mitigate operational and cultural resistance, maximizing adoption and engagement of bank employees and end customers. • Lead workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and executive presentations with independence and ownership. • Ensure that improvements and processes follow best practices in registry and master data governance (Cadastro), data governance and compliance, defining KPIs for operational efficiency and KPIs for adoption/success of the implemented change.

• Assist clients via chat, clarifying doubts and supporting the use of Contmatic's system; • Identify and resolve requests related to fiscal writing routines; • Log support interactions in the support platform; • Work with a focus on delivering the best customer experience, ensuring quality, speed, and resolution in support interactions; • Monitor area metrics and contribute to achieving team goals; • Collaborate with other teams to resolve requests; • Participate in training and stay updated on Contmatic's products and features.

• Assist the deployment team in performing tasks and troubleshooting issues related to project implementations • Perform specific deployment tasks according to the instructions and guidance provided by the project leadership team • Participate in executing quality tests to ensure implemented solutions meet established requirements and quality standards • Assist in training end users on how to use newly deployed solutions or systems, providing support during the adaptation process • Provide basic technical support to resolve issues or questions related to solution implementation, escalating tickets to higher support levels or vendors when necessary • Assist in configuring and customizing solutions as needed to meet specific client or project requirements

Role Description Provides entry level analyst support for provider configuration activities including accurate and timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases. Synchronizes data within multiple claims systems and validates data stored within provider databases - ensuring adherence to business and system requirements as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing. Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in health care, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. - Critical-thinking skills, and attention to detail. - Organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage simultaneous projects and tasks to meet internal deadlines. - Customer service experience. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and applicable software program(s) proficiency. Requirements - Receives provider information from outside parties for loading/update in internal computer systems and databases; analyzes information and applies knowledge, experience, attention to detail and accuracy to ensure appropriate information has been provided and entry is completed timely and accordance with department standards related to turnaround times and quality. - Maintains department standard for loading provider demographic data including affiliation and contract assignment. - Audits loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy, and provides documented feedback. - Ensures that provider information is loaded accurately to ensure proper claims processing, outbound reporting and directory processes.
