• responsible for selling Maternal Infant Care equipment to new customers • maintaining relationships with existing accounts in the Inland Empire territory • Covered products include the GE fetal monitor, warmers, incubators and supporting equipment. • Ability to support customers post-sale is key to continued success and growth of business. • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups • uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy. • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market • Proposes different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems • Ability to prioritize information for decision making. • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree & 3 years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 6 years of experience; OR Bachelors Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.
- Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within the territory (Inland Empire)

Field Product Specialist, Connectivity Expert

• Provide assistance in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) / Tenders. • Collaborate in the field during the pre-sales phase with sales representatives to develop qualified prospects and convert them into sales. • Meet with medical directors, nursing staff, point-of-care (POC) coordinators, laboratory directors, and the administration of major medical centers, university hospitals, and ambulance services to promote and sell the NOVA product range and solutions. • Conduct on-site application studies for Nova product ranges. This includes correlation with alternative reference methods, precision studies, bench interference studies, and linearity studies. • Verify, interpret results, and present the performance data obtained during the aforementioned on-site application studies to various purchasing stakeholders and potential customers. • Work with new customers post-sale to support and streamline validation requirements for strip-based POC products and blood gas analyzers to ensure a successful transition to Nova technology. • Identify and develop opportunities for new channels, e.g., MSP (Multidisciplinary Health Homes), CPTS (Territorial Professional Health Communities), EPHAD (Nursing Homes) if necessary. • On an ad-hoc basis and as needed, assist the sales team by conducting prospecting and sales development activities in territories without an assigned sales manager while awaiting recruitment. • If necessary, perform on-site customer training for new installations. • Support scientific marketing studies conducted in collaboration with Nova Biomedical's Scientific Affairs department by reviewing protocol details with the customer. • Ensure compliance with protocols throughout the study. • Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). • Identify and develop partnerships with IT companies such as Middleware, LIS (Laboratory Information Systems), etc. • Must possess the ability to understand and educate end-users on application issues, as well as the ability to perform data analysis in support of the Clinical Applications department's objectives. • Periodically assist with application questions regarding Nova analyzers. • Develop training materials for the clinical training team. • Work in close collaboration with the Nova France Support Manager to assist in resolving customer issues related to product performance. • Ability to act as a resource to support peers in the field.
• Performs scientific information activities for physicians in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/04/2006 No. 219, the Farmindustria Code of Ethics, regional guidelines on drug scientific information regulations, and, where applicable, Legislative Decree 5 August 2022 No. 137. • Develops a deep knowledge of the therapeutic areas covered and the relative market. • Reports all information about adverse drug effects to the Scientific Service and the company's Pharmacovigilance team, in line with current regulations and company procedures. • Prepares and plans interviews and meetings with healthcare professionals and tracks relevant information obtained in order to improve the scientific efficacy in subsequent meetings. • Performs support activities aligned with scientific drug information, manages the reporting and information flows according to company directives with the aim to develop territorial interactions. • Updates reports using the company tools. • Conducts non-promotional educational and information activities for healthcare operators (both prescribing and non-prescribing professionals) involved in patient care, according to company directives. • Knows and applies company procedures for scientific information activities and manages related materials, scientific and technological supports. • Supports company functions in activities aimed at ensuring the correct supply/provision of products. • Shares relevant information with the Area Manager, In Field Team members and colleagues at headquarters to anticipate changes and implement company strategies.
