Demand Generation Manager

Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology

• Develop and own Clio's demand generation strategy for the Spanish market, identifying the channels and programs that will unlock the biggest growth. • Set targets and budget allocation across paid search, paid social, webinars, and events, and be accountable for performance against them. • Analyse the Spanish market and legal industry landscape to shape messaging, targeting, and campaign priorities. • Build the annual and quarterly demand gen plan for Spain in partnership with the broader EMEA marketing and sales leadership. • Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), webinars, and events. • Own the relationship with external paid media agencies, setting strategy and holding them accountable for delivery and performance. • Direct A/B testing programs across creative, copy, and landing pages, and use results to keep sharpening the approach. • Partner with Content, Design, and Product Marketing to make sure campaign assets land with the right audience and message. • Own reporting on pipeline contribution, CPL, conversion, and other key demand gen metrics for Spain. • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker that give leadership visibility into what's working. • Turn performance data into a clear point of view on where to double down and where to pull back. • Report regularly to EMEA marketing leadership on progress against targets. • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success on lead flow, follow-up, and feedback loops. • Represent the Spanish market's needs in broader EMEA marketing planning. • Build relationships with in-market stakeholders to keep campaigns grounded in what the Spanish legal market actually needs. • Manage cross-functional relationships with Sales, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations. • Build and maintain the campaign calendar and roadmap for Spain. • Represent Spain's needs and opportunities within the broader EMEA marketing strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in or with the Spanish market specifically.
  • Proven experience managing paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) at a strategic level.
  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors, including holding them accountable to targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to shape marketing strategy.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
