• Deliver insight-led strategies to enhance category growth and shopper experience within defined customer/category scope • Translate consumer and shopper data into actionable, tailored recommendations across assortment, shelf, and innovation through compelling storytelling • Support strategic customer engagements (e.g., line reviews, JBP sessions) with clear, insight-driven stories • Collaborate and influence across Sales, Omni, BU Strategy, and Insights to align on and activate category priorities and Customer strategies • Shape and apply omnichannel strategies to optimize the shopper experience across digital and in-store touchpoints • Monitor and stay current on marketplace, shopper, and consumer trends to proactively identify growth opportunities • Contribute to knowledge sharing and functional capability-building across the team • Some travel required for Customer meetings
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for consumer-centric, customer-relevant category strategies and storytelling
- Demonstrated success influencing retailer and internal decisions through insights-driven recommendations
- Strong experience and application of assortment optimization, shelving strategy, space management, and SKU rationalization within the CPG industry
- Proven proficiency in syndicated and shopper panel data tools (e.g., Circana, Numerator, Kantar, Mintel) and retailer-specific platforms (e.g. 1010, SymphonyAI)
- Tested experience collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset with strong ownership and execution discipline
- Strong communicator and problem-solver
