Associate Director, Pricing Operations, Analytics

• Support pricing operations, pricing analytics, GTN processes, and commercial launch readiness for a branded pharmaceutical product • Develop, maintain, enhance, and validate pricing models • Execute recurring monthly pricing operational activities, including pricing validations, model updates, reconciliations, and financial analyses • Review adjudicated claims, pricing data, rebate activity, and GTN components to validate pricing assumptions, investigate discrepancies, and support operational accuracy • Support customer Class of Trade (COT) assignments and pricing administration activities • Support State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR) requirements and other applicable pricing reporting obligations • Support government pricing calculations and operational processes for branded pharmaceutical products, including Best Price (BP), 340B, Non-FAMP, and other applicable government pricing programs • Partner closely with third-party vendors to review calculations, validate outputs, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely execution • Support commercial launch readiness by ensuring pricing models and operational processes are implemented accurately and on schedule • Review and validate commercial rebate claims and associated payment files for accuracy and completeness • Analyze pricing and operational data to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve process efficiency • Prepare recurring pricing analyses and operational reporting to support Finance and Commercial organizations • Develop and maintain pricing operational documentation, process maps, and supporting work instructions • Identify opportunities to improve pricing operational processes, controls, and data quality • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced biotech environment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Minimum 4–6 years of direct experience supporting pharmaceutical pricing operations, pricing analytics, government pricing, GTN, or pricing model development
  • Experience supporting pricing operations for branded pharmaceutical products, including commercial launch activities and Medicare Part D products
  • Experience supporting applicable government pricing programs, including Best Price (BP), 340B, and Non-FAMP
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing adjudicated claims, pricing data, rebate activity, and GTN components to validate pricing assumptions and operational accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, enhancing, troubleshooting, and validating complex pricing models
  • Experience working with third-party vendors supporting government pricing, rebate administration, and pricing operations
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functional areas
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
