Role Description Be part of a team that unleashes the power of leading-edge technologies to help improve the health and well-being of those most vulnerable in our country and communities. We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status. - Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction - Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans - Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects - Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals - Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s) - May supervise additional account management staff (i/e Program Specialist) - Actively manage projects across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed - Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions Qualifications - Bachelor's or higher degree - Five (5) or more years of provider healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) experience - Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly with the ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues - Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables), Power Point, and Word - Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR willing to obtain within 1 year of being hired Requirements - Fully Remote (work from home) position within the United States - Candidates living in Washington state are preferred, however, all candidates MUST be comfortable working hours that align with our team in the Pacific Time Zone (US) - For all remote positions, employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload - Travel up to 10% may be required - This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position - Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week) Benefits - Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment - Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting - New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment - Company-provided computer for work use - Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired - The use of AI during interviews is prohibited

Role Description We are seeking a proven Program Manager with a strong background in managing large projects to lead the successful execution of government programs.
