Role Description If you’re a self-motivated, experienced education manager with a passion for the cybersecurity field and you have a desire to help others succeed, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a dedicated Cybersecurity Adjunct Instructor to join our Dallas Online Campus and assist the Campus President in leading the Campus’s cybersecurity program. Essential Duties/Responsibilities - Prepares lesson plans using industry-standard approaches (e.g., multimedia, adult learning methodology). - Teaches courses as assigned, instructs, and evaluates students, develops students’ skills and encourages growth, and tracks their attendance, performance, and grades. - Participates in various administrative activities (e.g., attends faculty/staff meetings or in-service meetings). - Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned. - Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities. - Performs other duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications - Must have an associate degree or higher in cybersecurity or a related field. - Must have at least 4 years of related practical work experience. Role Description Are you that exceptional administrative professional Remington College is looking for? We’re looking for a talented Campus Administrative Coordinator to join the team at our campus in Memphis on a temporary on-call basis. You will report to the Campus President. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Adheres to all College policies and procedures and operates at all times within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation. - Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and activities for the Director of Campus Administration and Campus. - Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the Director of Campus Administration and the Campus. Retrieves information from files when needed. - Sorts and distributes mail. - Answers phones for Director of Campus Administration and Campus. Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions. Works in cooperation with Campus receptionist to cover phones. - Types and designs general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. for the Director of Campus Administration and proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. - Maintains confidential files and records and compiles regular and special reports as assigned. - Maintains confidentiality at all times. - Supervises the activities of front-desk personnel, maintenance personnel, outside vendors and contractors, Wonderlic proctors, and security personnel at the Campus, as assigned. - Maintains, updates, and distributes staff schedules, phone lists, and vendor lists as assigned. - Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned. - Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to specific subject matter areas under his or her administrative guidance. - Performs other duties or special projects as assigned. - Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel. - Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the College. - Performs the job on site when required. Qualifications - An associate degree preferred. - A minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative services. - Demonstrated competency in word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software. Title: Admissions Representative Location: North Richland Hills United States Job Description: Job Summary: Contacts and interviews prospective students and assists those desiring admission through the admissions process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Adheres to all Company policies and procedures, and operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation at all times. - Successfully completes all admissions-related training programs, and displays thorough knowledge of all admissions-related training materials, policies, and procedures, as well as admissions-related documents including, but not limited to, the Application and Enrollment Agreement and the Campus Catalog. - Contacts prospective students (leads) and provides accurate and complete information about the Campus and the programs of education offered by the Campus. - Provides complete and accurate responses to questions from prospective and enrolling students, except that he or she does not engage in detailed discussions about financial aid programs. - Sets appointments and conducts interviews with prospective students. - Conducts Campus tours for prospective students. - Assists applicants in completing application and enrollment paperwork, and executes such paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. - Represents the Campus at job fairs and college fairs or other offsite locations as permitted by applicable regulations and as assigned by the Director of Admissions or the Assistant Director of Admissions. - Provides prospective students with only approved advertising and program or employment-related materials. - Performs other duties or special projects as assigned. - Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel. - Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company. - Performs the job on site when required.
