• Shape the Future of Digital Fashion As a Digital Fashion & AI Designer, you'll create commercially successful virtual fashion for Avakin Life while helping shape the future of our creative pipeline. Using a combination of traditional design skills, AI tools and 3D workflows, you'll develop clothing collections that delight our players and support the continued growth of our in-game marketplace. You'll also play an important role in helping the wider team adopt new technologies, improve creative workflows and continuously raise the quality of our fashion content. • Design Fashion Players Love • Create original digital fashion inspired by emerging trends, player insights and commercial opportunities. • Translate creative concepts into designs that work beautifully within the Avakin world. • Develop fashion collections that strengthen player engagement and support in-game sales. • Balance creativity with practical production requirements. • Create with AI AI is becoming an important part of how we design. • Explore creative concepts • Rapidly visualise ideas • Generate design variations • Accelerate production workflows • Improve creative quality and efficiency You'll also help build prompt libraries, refine workflows and explore new ways AI can support digital fashion design. • Build Outstanding Digital Assets Produce high-quality 2D concepts, textures and 3D assets. • Work with tools such as Blender, Maya, CLO/Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter and Adobe Creative Suite. • Ensure assets meet our artistic, technical and performance standards for mobile devices. • Collaborate with Character Art and Technical Art to ensure designs translate successfully into game-ready content. • Collaborate Across the Studio Work closely with artists, developers, producers and marketing teams to bring new fashion collections to life. • Contribute to creative briefs and campaign planning. • Share ideas openly and help solve creative challenges together. • Support the continual evolution of our content pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience creating digital fashion, costume or character apparel.
- Excellent understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, colour and composition.
- Experience using 3D content creation tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, CLO or Marvelous Designer.
- Experience creating textures and materials using tools such as Substance Painter and Adobe Photoshop.
- Confidence using modern AI creative tools as part of your design process.
- Strong visual communication skills with an excellent eye for detail.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for continuous learning.

- Experience creating content for games or virtual worlds.
- Experience designing fashion for avatars or digital characters.

Title: CAD Designer Location: United States Job Category: Product Development Requisition Number: CADDE006655 Job Description: This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. - Thurs.). The fourth week is fully remote. The CAD Textile Designer is responsible for the creation of prints and patterns for all product categories under the direction of the CAD Manager and Design Directors. Artwork is created manually through drawing and hand painting, or via Computer Aided Design software including Kaledo (all modules), Photoshop , and Illustrator. Basis of prints can be original illustrations or existing/purchased artwork. CAD Textile Designer partners with team members in the execution of seasonal design projects to create artwork for products exclusive to Lands End. - Research print trends and collect materials for seasonal inspiration and product direction. - Collaborate on seasonal concept prints in support of the Concept Team under the direction of the Sr CAD Manager and Design Directors. - Build out the Seasonal Concept Room. This will consist of printing, trimming and prepping tools for the presentation: CADs in correct sizes & colorways with identifying style & color numbers attached. There will be extended work hours in the 2 weeks leading up to the Seasonal Concept meetings. - Make record of all prints in Final Concept presentation post Concept meeting. Recreate presentation on MIRO Board and print copies for CAD team boards. - Collaborate with Apparel Designers to create additional artwork for divisional needs post concept by changing layouts, color, size, rotation or placement of elements as requested for specific fabrications/product categories. - Develop all colorways for artwork using Lands End seasonal palettes. Print and/or post to Miro as needed. Communicate to CFPs as needed.
