• Independently conceptualize, set up, manage and scale paid social campaigns (focus on Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn) with a clear ROI and ROAS focus. • Data-driven analysis of creative performance and creation of briefs (UGC, video, static assets) for the design team. • Writing conversion-focused ad copy and hooks. • Designing and executing systematic A/B tests (creatives, landing pages, audiences) to continuously improve campaign performance. • Preparing transparent performance analyses and reports for our clients and deriving and presenting strategic optimization opportunities. • Efficient budget allocation and ongoing testing of bidding strategies, audiences and placements to maximize performance. • Creating performance analyses based on KPIs/goals and identifying optimization potential. • Professional client management and consulting — strategic, data-driven and solution-oriented.
Job Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent training in marketing, communications or business administration and initial professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or an agency setting.
- Deep, solid expertise with Meta Ads Manager (Business Manager); confident use of LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok campaign managers is a strong plus.
- Numerically oriented and proficient in interpreting performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR).
- Experience and enjoyment in working with clients — by phone, email and in person.
- High initiative and organizational skills as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey (from first contact to conversion) and an analytical approach to audience analysis to minimize campaign waste.
- Solid knowledge of modern online communication — how users behave on social media and what drives them to click and buy.
