Role Description Conexiom is expanding its global revenue organization. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (EAE), you will operate within a cross-functional revenue team to focus on driving high-value customer acquisition by leveraging product usage insights, customer data, and collaborative strategies. Responsibilities: - Territory & Collaboration: - Partner with the team (Growth, BDR, Solutions, CS, Product) to define territory strategy and target account priorities. - Use product telemetry and usage signals to identify promising accounts and expansion opportunities. - New Logo & Expansion Ownership: - Engage with inbound demand and outbound target accounts with support from your teams BDR(s). - Run efficient, value-focused discovery and solution evaluations tailored for upper-midmarket and enterprise segments. - Focus on New Customer cycles, using product usage and customer outcomes to inform expansion timing and approach. - Customer Problem-Solving & Value Narratives: - Understand customer workflows, pain points, and current processes to build a compelling business value case. - Facilitate consensus across multiple stakeholders using a consultative, insight-driven approach. - Cross-Functional Execution: - Seamlessly pull in teammates (Solutions Consulting, CS, Product, Ops) based on customer needs—not hierarchy or rigid stages. - Share customer feedback proactively with Product and Growth to influence roadmap, messaging, and user activation flows. - Revenue Accountability: - Maintain accurate forecasts for both self-sourced and pod-sourced opportunities. - Manage your book of business to exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets. - Continuously refine sales motions based on data, experiments, and pod retrospectives. Qualifications - Proven success in Enterprise or Mid-Market SaaS sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding a $1M+ quota. - Strong consultative selling skills and familiarity with modern strategic selling frameworks. - Background in ERP, eCommerce, EDI, RPA, Workflow Automation, Supply Chain, Document Automation, or related solutions. - Experience working with Manufacturing, Distribution industries is preferred. - Demonstrated pipeline creation skills and comfort qualifying in/out quickly. - Strong negotiation experience with SaaS/ARR contracts. - Growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt in a PLG-hybrid model. - Ability to thrive in autonomous pods with shared goals and minimal bureaucracy. - Ability and willingness to travel as required. - Strong home-office productivity and time-management habits. Role Description The Regional Account Executive’s role focuses on driving revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with direct customers, carrier representatives, and channel partners. Successful Account Executives will take the initiative to develop and implement creative sales strategies through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, virtual and in-person product demos, and strategic lead follow-ups. Responsibilities - Create and implement opportunities to present products and services independently and in partnership with carriers/channel partners - Build and maintain revenue generating relationships within the assigned territory while ensuring growth - Represent Rescue 42 at conferences, tradeshows, and strategic regional events - Serve as a subject matter expert of Rescue 42 products - Maintain knowledge of competing products and industry trends - Identify grants and alternative funding resources available to customers - Leverage existing customer relationships to solicit additional products - Conduct both on-site and off-site training, maintenance, and product demonstrations - Utilize lead sources to pursue opportunities - Provide strategic account follow-up in a timely and relevant manner - Maintain prompt and accurate records of all customer activity within the CRM (Salesforce) database - Provide regular reporting of account updates, sales activity, and scheduled events - Ensure timely submission of expense reports and completion of administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and support seamless operations Qualifications - Five (5) years of progressive B2B sales experience in telecommunication, wireless infrastructure, satellite communications, or related industry - Experience presenting technical solutions and conducting product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences - Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel, trade shows, and customer site visits Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Existing relationships within telecom carriers, public safety agencies, government entities, or enterprise IT organizations - Experience working with public funding, grants, or government procurement processes - Salesforce reporting experience Benefits - Salary- $90,000/year base + commission - Earning potential- Up to $186,000 annually dependent on performance - Medical Insurance- 80% of base plan for employee premium paid by Rescue 42 - Dental Insurance - 100% employee premium paid by Rescue 42 - Vision Insurance - 100% employee premium paid by Rescue 42 - 401(k) with up to 4% company match - Mental Wellness benefit - Life Insurance - Flexible Spending Accounts - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid Sick Leave - 10 paid holidays - Paid day off for birthday
