• Provide technical support and assistance to clients by analyzing and resolving incidents. • Investigate issues in applications, integrations, and databases. • Log, track, and prioritize support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance. • Identify root causes of issues and propose corrective and preventive actions. • Support onboarding of new clients, modules, and features. • Perform system configurations, parameterizations, and validations. • Gather requirements from clients for minor enhancements and improvements. • Prepare functional and technical documentation. • Support user acceptance testing and validation of new features. • Act as a liaison between clients and the development team. • Monitor project execution, tracking schedules and deliverables. • Deliver system training and presentations to users when required. • Contribute to continuous improvement of support and implementation processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience providing support for enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for queries and data analysis.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Strong problem-analysis and investigative skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with ticketing and activity-tracking tools.
- Experience with enterprise system implementations (plus).
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases (plus).
- Experience with integrations using APIs (plus).
- Familiarity with software development (C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar) (plus).
- Knowledge of industrial, logistics, or mining business processes (plus).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) (plus).
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, or similar (plus).
- Technical English for reading documentation (plus).
