M&E Intern - Planner

Role Description Detail-oriented and enthusiastic Meetings and Event Planner Intern to join our team for a 12-week remote internship. As an intern, you will work closely with our event planning team to support the planning and execution of various meetings and events, ranging from corporate conferences to virtual seminars. - Assist in the coordination and logistics of meetings and events, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration. - Support the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional collateral. - Assist with virtual event production, including setting up and testing technology platforms, managing live streams, and troubleshooting technical issues. - Conduct research on potential event venues, suppliers, and entertainment options, providing recommendations to the event planning team. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the planning process. - Provide on-site support during events as needed, assisting with setup, registration, attendee assistance, and other logistical tasks. - Assist in post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, compiling event metrics, and preparing post-event reports for clients. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach. - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring the quality and consistency of event materials and presentations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software (Cvent) is a plus. - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Passion for events and a desire to learn and grow in the field of meetings and event planning. • The Planner works autonomously to develop Medicare Set-Aside Allocations and other reports as needed within their scope of licensing and/or certifications. • Collects, reviews and analyzes health data from medical records and/or other sources as provided. • Identify future medical needs utilizing medical standards of care and guidelines, in addition to historical trend of care. • Work autonomously and collaborates with all company personnel as needed; including communicating with the accounts and attorneys as needed. • Maintain a quality work product evidenced by acceptable quality scores/score cards. • Participate in company orientation, management meetings and/or conference calls as required to improve self-knowledge and/or for the improvement of the company. • Attend all scheduled conference calls as mandated by management. • Maintain any required credentials and adhere to all codes of ethics required by these credentials. • Ensures all federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements and/or state mandates are adhered to at all times. • Provides insight and direction to management on report quality and compliance with all company policies and procedures, client specifications, URAC and CMS guidelines. • Promote effective and efficient utilization of company resources. • Participate in various educational and or training activities as required. • Perform professional duties as assigned by the Manager or upper management.
Role Description The Site Planner 1 is primarily responsible for completion of lot fit requests, redraws, and supporting the New Home Starts department as needed. - Complete lot fit requests. - Complete site plan redraws as assigned. - Set up preliminary site plans from surveys or plats on AutoCAD. - Maintain an understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, code and community guidelines, as they apply to lot fits and redraws. - From time to time must complete projects on very short notice with extreme time constraints. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Drafting or Design preferred. - Requires at least 1 year of experience in basic drafting methods, and an understanding of symbols and techniques of drawing via AutoCAD. - Basic knowledge of Architectural Language pertaining to residential construction. - Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. - Ability to read blueprints, surveys, Metes & Bounds descriptions. - Experience in civil drafting preferred.
