• Logistically execute a high volume of promotional programs annually across one or two assigned client accounts • Serve as the key point of contact for sales representatives and speakers, providing proactive and responsive communication • Manage end-to-end program logistics, including speaker confirmation, travel coordination, venue sourcing, contracting, AV coordination, attendee communications, budget reconciliation, and compliance with client financial and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing pharmaceutical speaker bureau programs
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance guidelines, including the Sunshine Act
- Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); intermediate PowerPoint skills

Role Description The Site Planner 1 is primarily responsible for completion of lot fit requests, redraws, and supporting the New Home Starts department as needed. - Complete lot fit requests. - Complete site plan redraws as assigned. - Set up preliminary site plans from surveys or plats on AutoCAD. - Maintain an understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, code and community guidelines, as they apply to lot fits and redraws. - From time to time must complete projects on very short notice with extreme time constraints. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Drafting or Design preferred. - Requires at least 1 year of experience in basic drafting methods, and an understanding of symbols and techniques of drawing via AutoCAD. - Basic knowledge of Architectural Language pertaining to residential construction. - Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. - Ability to read blueprints, surveys, Metes & Bounds descriptions. - Experience in civil drafting preferred. • Provide customers with scheduled ship dates • Respond to, assess, and coordinate customer expedite requests • Direct fulfilment centers on order priorities based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives • Develop and maintain KPIs, and planning reports as needed • Help Arista to meet our quarter end goals • Partner with Sales teams to provide visibility on order status, supply availability, and potential risks • Help identify risks to customer commitments and proactively escalate issues with action-oriented recommendations • Continually refine the planning and scheduling processes between Arista and our key manufacturing partners.
