IT Recruitment Partner
Digitanity
• Own your pipeline from first outreach through to hire confirmation • Source and headhunt IT talent across multiple channels including LinkedIn, social media platforms, and professional databases • Conduct the initial screening call with each candidate to perform a thorough sanity check, confirming role alignment and relevant technical experience • Manage your full candidate pipeline within the recruitment platform • Attend weekly pipeline calls with the Digitanity team to review active candidates • Coordinate scheduling for technical assessments and interviews • Provide clear, professional, and timely feedback to every candidate • Maintain quality while working at volume
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, whether in-house, agency, or freelance
- A strong track record of sourcing and placing technical talent across software engineering, data, infrastructure, or adjacent disciplines
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
- A genuine understanding of the IT market and the ability to evaluate a candidate's technical background accurately during a screening conversation
- The ability to assess soft skills, communication quality, and cultural fit on an initial call
- A high-volume mentality: comfortable running multiple searches simultaneously
- Self-motivation and accountability

The Opportunity As Recruiting Manager, G&A , you will report directly to the Head of Talent and play a critical role in scaling and operationalizing our global recruiting function. You’ll lead a high-impact recruiting pod based in El Salvador, owning hiring outcomes across key G&A functions while developing a high-performing team of recruiters. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—responsible for delivery against hiring goals, quality of hire, and recruiter performance. It’s an opportunity to build, lead, and continuously improve a distributed recruiting team in a fast-growing environment.
