• Own and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube for both our Lemon Law and Personal Injury practices. • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that prioritize qualified lead quality, cost per retained case, and return on ad spend — not just cost per lead. • Build, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and ad copy across Google Ads. • Conduct keyword research, negative keyword management, and search term analysis tailored to legal intent and geographic targeting. • Develop and execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to continuously improve performance. • Collaborate with creative and content partners to brief, review, and iterate on ad creative and landing page experiences. • Partner with the intake and marketing teams to close the loop between ad performance and lead quality — adjusting targeting, keywords, and messaging based on what's converting to signed clients. • Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance; proactively flag issues and opportunities to leadership. • Prepare clear, insight-led performance reports that tie Google Ads metrics to business outcomes (retained cases, cost per acquisition, ROAS). • Manage tracking implementation, conversion setup, and attribution, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. • Ensure full compliance with Google Ads policies and legal advertising rules, including state-specific restrictions on attorney advertising. • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, betas, privacy changes, and legal industry PPC trends — and bring those insights back to the team. • Scale winning campaigns aggressively while protecting lead quality and budget efficiency.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned with firm objectives and the specific requirements of each open role. • Research market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive hiring approach. • Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and professional networks. • Review resumes and conduct structured preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit. • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple concurrent requisitions. • Manage and optimize the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, organized pipeline stages, and reliable reporting. • Ensure all candidate communications are timely, professional, and consistent with the firm's standards. • Actively promote Ovation Law Firm's employer brand to attract and engage top talent.
• Own the strategy, execution, and scaling of Meta lead-generation and conversion campaigns • Design and maintain efficient campaign structures, audience strategies, budgets, and placements to maximize volume and efficiency • Manage and scale significant daily and monthly ad spend while maintaining CPL and lead-quality targets • Conduct daily performance monitoring and make rapid, data-driven adjustments • Continuously optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to improve efficiency and scale • Monitor and act on key direct-response metrics including CPA/CPL, CTR, CPC, frequency, and conversion rate • Identify performance risks early and implement corrective actions • Lead testing roadmaps to systematically improve results • Work directly with the creative team to drive structured creative testing across hooks, copy angles, formats (static, video, UGC), and offers • Translate performance data into clear creative guidance for designers and video editors • Manage creative rotation and fatigue prevention strategies at scale • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting • Analyze trends, diagnose performance shifts, and clearly communicate insights to leadership
• Lead the onboarding, development, and ongoing coaching of Lemon Law and Personal Injury Intake teams. • Design and deliver new hire training programs covering case type fundamentals. • Conduct ongoing training sessions, team huddles, and skill-building workshops. • Monitor live calls and review recorded calls to identify coaching opportunities. • Partner closely with the Quality Assurance department.
• Edit and deliver multiple video assets per week in a fast-paced environment • Create, version, and adapt ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms • Follow creative briefs as directed • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance-driven revisions • Maintain clean, organized project files, naming conventions, and export standards • Make sound creative decisions to keep projects moving when direction is unavailable

• Serve as the firm's Arkansas-licensed attorney of record on select matters involving Arkansas law or Arkansas-based clients • Provide occasional consultation on Arkansas state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise • Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or oversight by Arkansas-licensed counsel • Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Arkansas throughout the engagement • Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Arkansas-related matters
