• Source and enroll early-stage founder clients actively raising capital • Execute signed client engagement agreements and collect the one-time enrollment fee • Conduct 8 weekly sessions per client over the 60-day window • Deliver guaranteed investor meetings via the ctd.ai platform (15 Standard / 30 Premium) • File VC fund applications via vcsheet.com/funds (40 Standard / 80 Premium) • Coordinate with Initio's marketing team and analyst for outreach and materials delivery • Log all investor outreach, meeting confirmations, and application submissions in Company systems • Upsell the optional fundraising materials package at enrollment when appropriate

• Own your pipeline from first outreach through to hire confirmation • Source and headhunt IT talent across multiple channels including LinkedIn, social media platforms, and professional databases • Conduct the initial screening call with each candidate to perform a thorough sanity check, confirming role alignment and relevant technical experience • Manage your full candidate pipeline within the recruitment platform • Attend weekly pipeline calls with the Digitanity team to review active candidates • Coordinate scheduling for technical assessments and interviews • Provide clear, professional, and timely feedback to every candidate • Maintain quality while working at volume

• Build CDC pipelines and real-time streaming (Kafka/Flink) • Design and maintain data models (raw to staging to core) • Implement observability, data transformations and quality checks • Own schema design for multi-tenant analytics • Tune query performance (Trino) and optimize storage (Iceberg compaction, indexing) • Support BI and analytics workloads • Contribute to infrastructure, CI/CD • Assist with infrastructure monitoring and observability

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud-based data infrastructure on AWS • Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring • Ensure platform stability, observability, and scalability • Support the transition from single-client to multi-client architecture • Work closely with the founder and data engineers to move fast and safely
