Role Description Du startest deine Woche nicht mit langweiligen To-dos, sondern mit einer klaren Mission: die richtigen E-Commerce-Brands zu finden und für echte Gespräche zu gewinnen. Du wohnst den wichtigsten Marketing-Kanal, schreibst und telefonierst dich an die Entscheider heran und legst qualifizierte Termine, aus denen unsere nächsten Kunden entstehen. Dein Einsatz landet nicht in der Theorie, sondern direkt im Kalender & du siehst in Echtzeit, was funktioniert. Bei uns sitzt du nicht in endlosen Meetings oder schiebst interne Mails hin und her. Stattdessen übernimmst du einen kompletten Vertriebskanal, welcher bereits 6-stellige Umsätze generiert hat. Du bekommst unser fertiges System, die persönliche Einarbeitung durch den Gründer & danach die Freiheit, den Kanal eigenverantwortlich zu führen und auszubauen. Wer liefert, wächst bei uns schnell: bis hin zum Closer oder zur Führung eines eigenen Sales-Teams. Wenn du jung im Kopf, hungrig und bereit bist, im Vertrieb richtig etwas aufzubauen, dann bist du hier genau richtig. Aufgaben - Du identifizierst passende E-Commerce-Brands in unserem Zielprofil (Online-Shops im DACH-Raum, 1–10 Mio. € Umsatz, zyklische Konsumprodukte wie Supplements, Beauty, Food & Pflege). - Du sprichst Entscheider direkt an. Per Cold E-Mail und am Telefon. - Du legst qualifizierte Erstgespräche (Discovery Calls) und übergibst sie sauber ans Team. - Du führst und optimierst deinen kompletten Outbound-Kanal: Kampagnen, Leadlisten, Skripte, Sequenzen. - Du analysierst deine Zahlen, leitest Optimierungen ab und bringst eigene Ideen für Tests & neue Ansätze ein. - Du trägst direkt dazu bei, dass Mail Angel planbar wächst. Du bist der erste Schritt in jeder Kundenbeziehung. Qualifications - Erfahrung im Vertrieb: idealerweise 0–2 Jahre im Sales, Outbound, D2D oder Cold Calling. (auch als Quereinsteiger mit dem richtigen Antrieb bist du willkommen.) - Kommunikationsstärke: Du bringst deine Punkte klar und überzeugend rüber. Schriftlich wie am Telefon & ein „Nein" wirft dich nicht aus der Bahn. - Biss & Disziplin: Remote heißt bei uns eigenverantwortlich. Du strukturierst deinen Tag selbst und bleibst dran, auch wenn es zäh wird. - Zahlenverständnis: Du willst deine Ergebnisse messbar besser machen und verstehst, welche Aktivität welchen Effekt hat. - Tool-Affinität: Erfahrung mit CRM-, Outreach- oder Dialer-Tools ist ein Plus, aber keine Pflicht – Hauptsache du arbeitest dich schnell ein. - Sprachen: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau in Wort & Schrift, dazu solide Englischkenntnisse. Role Description Planful is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of SDRs as we continue to scale with record-breaking growth. Reporting into Business Development leadership, this role will be responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing team focused on generating qualified pipeline. This is a foundational front-line leadership role within Planful’s GTM organization. You will have an opportunity to help define and engage with Planful's best prospects, from directors to C-level executives across finance and accounting.
