Qualifications - Un doctorat, ou une maîtrise accompagnée d’une expérience de recherche équivalente, dans un domaine pertinent comme l’apprentissage automatique, l’informatique, les mathématiques ou la physique. - Un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie, dans l’application de techniques modernes de traitement automatique du langage naturel, incluant l’apprentissage profond et les grands modèles de langage, à grande échelle. - Une solide expérience dans la conception de modèles et de systèmes conciliant performance, expérience utilisateur et réalités de mise en production. - Une capacité démontrée à livrer du code de qualité production, bien testé, maintenable et évalué à l’aide d’expérimentations rigoureuses. Role Description Data Scientist – Property & Casualty (P&C) - Drive actionable insights and inform corporate strategies through the use of advanced modeling, data mining, analytics, and market intelligence. - Demonstrate strong communication skills with a basic understanding of project management principles. - Ability to visualize data effectively on both simple and complex levels. - Proficiency in leveraging data, machine learning techniques, and statistical model frameworks to identify and create business opportunities. - Ability to work with data using query languages such as SQL, R, or Python, and understanding of relational data. - Demonstrate the ability to write production-ready code in Python or R.
