• Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction • Assist in performing fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and facilitate overall business process discovery • Work alongside Senior and Principal Consultants to implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements • Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions • Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications • This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with involvement in 3-5 end-to-end engagements
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
- Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications
- SuiteFoundations Certified and actively working toward ERP NetSuite Certification
