• Responsible for processing conflict searches of daily new client requests in a timely manner using resources such as Lexis+, Dun & Bradstreets, Bloomberg, Courthouse News Services and Artificial Intelligence tools. • Communicate with administrative staff regarding conflicts check results, advise on actual or potential conflicts. • Track status of outstanding or on-going requests. • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience with automated conflict checking systems and/or corporate research in a law firm environment preferred;
- Must have knowledge of corporate research, due diligence, and compliance issues
- Strong working knowledge of legal research platforms, business information databases, and research methodologies
- Familiarity with AI‑powered research tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to integrate emerging technologies into research workflows
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals
- Highly organized, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
