Senior Product Designer

DXC Technology

Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next chapter of OASIS. You’ll own end-to-end design across major surfaces of the platform, from problem framing through shipped product. - Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of OASIS, from problem framing through launch - Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they hit a sprint - Partner with PM and Engineering from the start of a problem, not at handoff - Run user research with internal users and clients, and use what you learn to ground every decision in a real problem - Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows - Raise the bar across the design practice and mentor the broader team - Influence design process and standards across the team, not just what ships Qualifications - You have 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products - You bring a portfolio that shows depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft - You’re fluent in rapid prototyping across Figma, Lovable, code, or whatever new tool gets the job done, with a track record of using prototypes to resolve design questions early - You’re comfortable in ambiguity. You can frame a problem, generate direction, and drive execution without waiting for someone else to set it up. - You make complex things feel simple. OASIS has technical and operational users, and you find the clear line through it. - You think strategically and you care deeply about craft. You hold long-term vision and pixel-level detail in your head at the same time. - You communicate clearly across audiences.
