Lead Product Designer

• Own design across GAP and Navigator, from discovery through to delivery. • Set an exceptionally high bar on visual craft. • Set the same bar on product design fundamentals. • Design for both audiences. • Shape strategy with product and engineering. • Run discovery. • Prototype heavily, including with AI tools. • Evolve Euphoric’s design system, principles, and ways of working as the products grow. • Communicate decisions clearly.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in product design
  • Experience working in B2B Enterprise products.
  • Exceptional at both halves of product design.
  • You’ve designed for products where multiple audiences matter equally.
  • Comfortable with complexity.
  • Self-sufficient by default.
  • Built for remote.
  • Comfortable building with AI yourself.
  • Strong product thinking.
  • Comfortable making decisions when the data is incomplete.
  • Able to move between strategic conversations with leadership and detailed production work with engineers.
  • Strong communicator.

Role Description We are seeking a Product Owner / Service Designer (Mid-Level) to support product ownership and service design activities within a remote project environment. The role will be responsible for translating user needs, business objectives, and operational requirements into clear product direction and actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will lead service design initiatives, facilitate journey mapping activities, define and prioritize product requirements, align stakeholders, and support the creation of efficient operational workflows. Key Responsibilities - Lead product ownership activities, including defining product vision, managing priorities, and supporting delivery of product initiatives. - Conduct service design activities to identify user needs, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement. - Facilitate customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and workflow definition sessions. - Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables. - Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and project objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, developers, and operational teams. - Ensure alignment between stakeholders through effective communication, workshops, and decision-making processes. - Define and optimize operational workflows to improve service efficiency and user experience. - Support continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements. - Document processes, requirements, user journeys, and service design outputs.
