Role Description Inizio Medical is growing, and we are excited to be building a dedicated team of Project Support Specialists based in the Philippines. In this role, you will work closely with our global teams across Inizio Medical, including ApotheCom, Nucleus Global, and Ashfield MedComms, in the US, UK, EU, and South Africa. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical communications projects in the pharmaceutical industry while gaining exposure to an international working environment. This role provides support across project delivery, financial management, and publications coordination. It focuses on keeping work organised, ensuring accuracy, and supporting smooth processes from start to finish. - Provide support across project planning and financial management, with a focus on organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail - Contribute to tracking budgets and keeping financial information up to date - Support the coordination of projects, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and tracking progress effectively - Maintain accurate records and ensure work aligns with required standards and processes - Assist with reporting and administrative tasks, keeping documentation well organised - Support audits, submissions, and ongoing process improvements Qualifications - Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail - Confidence in working with Microsoft Excel and managing data and tracking tools - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness - Strong sense of accountability and ownership - Ability to work independently with limited supervision - Ability to work as part of a team and build productive working relationships across Inizio Medical Requirements - Experience working in a BPO, medical insurance, or a related organisation, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals - A degree Benefits Don't meet every job requirement?
