Senior Digital Analytics Specialist

• Lead and contribute to deep-dive analysis projects across: Campaign performance, User experience (UX) and behavioral insights, Conversion funnels and e-commerce performance, Product analytics and feature usage, Site pathing and engagement analysis • Conduct A/B test analysis and provide statistically sound recommendations • Design, build, and maintain dashboards: Develop new reporting solutions, Improve existing dashboards and frameworks, Ensure data quality and business alignment • Perform tracking validation and analytics QA: Validate GA4 and GTM implementations, Support site launches and feature releases, Troubleshoot tracking and data inconsistencies • Analyze emerging traffic patterns: AI-driven traffic and AIO content, Traffic sources and behavioral trends, Changes in engagement and performance • Deliver ad-hoc analysis: Translate business questions into structured analyses, Provide actionable insights and recommendations, Support stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and UX

Job Requirements

  • Strong Regular / Senior level experience in Digital Analytics
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1)
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM (implementation, validation, troubleshooting)
  • Strong experience in dashboard development and data visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI)
  • Ability to analyze: Conversion funnels, User journeys and behavior, Campaign performance, Engagement metrics and site interaction
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Experience with session replay / behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Experience with tracking validation, QA, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, UX, Engineering)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Nice to have: Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
  • Experience with AI-driven traffic analysis and emerging search trends (AIO / AI-generated traffic)
  • Experience with CRM integrations and tracking validation
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital product analytics
  • Understanding of GDPR, consent management, and data privacy compliance
  • Experience with product analytics and feature usage tracking
