• Lead the financial performance, analytics, governance, and value creation activities associated with Sodexo Canada's Supply Chain and Procurement functions • Maximize vendor funding performance, improve spend compliance, and enhance supply-related forecasting accuracy • Serve as the primary finance partner to Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and BP&A leaders • Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, reporting automation, and process transformation initiatives • Plan, forecast, analyze, and report for all supply-related activities • Develop and execute Supply Finance analytics strategy to support business performance and margin improvement • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data accessibility and analytical capabilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field required
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience
- Experience managing vendor funding programs, rebate recovery processes, working capital initiatives, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Experience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes
- Ability to perform the role in English is required, ability to perform in both languages proficiently (English/French) is an asset.

Role Description Mirion is seeking a motivated and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support the development and implementation of a comprehensive IAM program. This role reports directly to the leader of Mirion’s Identity and Access Management team and will play a pivotal role in securing Mirion’s digital identity infrastructure across the enterprise. This position is fully remote. - Help develop Mirion’s enterprise-wide IAM program tooling, policies, standards, and procedures. - Deploy and operate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure administrative access. - Deploy and operate Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) lifecycle automation capabilities. - Implement and maintain PKI and strong authentication mechanisms (e.g., MFA, certificates). - Perform account lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. - Design, implement, and maintain Role Based Access Control (RBAC) models. - Collaborate with IT, HR, and business to integrate IAM processes with enterprise apps and workflows. - Establish monitoring plans for IAM system, performance, availability, and security. - Maintain documentation and provide training to stakeholders on IAM processes and tools.
