Role Description We are looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer who will take part in development and maintenance services for customized software solutions for a large European customer, a provider of innovative software solutions for the public sector. The client is a technology service provider specializing in digital solutions for public sector organizations. The company focuses on developing secure, scalable platforms that support administrative processes, data management, and digital transformation initiatives. The project includes software application development in the tax administration domain. The system under development is the tax administration system that covers taxation processes in one of the European countries. This complex system covers the full life-cycle of tax declarations processing and tax calculations and assessments, including integration with multiple external systems. The project team consists of 20+ people. • Ship backend and frontend features end-to-end across Atlas Brain, OTTO, Content Genius, Site Explorer, Rank Tracker, and GBP Galactic • Design and maintain Django APIs and React/Next.js UIs that hold up under real production load • Instrument your own work (observability, error tracking, performance baselines) before anything hits production • Push back on specs that don't hold up and propose stronger approaches before a line of code is written • Diagnose production incidents end-to-end and own them through to resolution • Operate at high throughput alongside agentic tooling, using Claude Code and parallel Git worktrees as a primary development interface
