• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products • Meticulous documentation of end user issues in ITSM tool • Adherence to processes and knowledge documents • Ticket backlog management • Continuous service improvement activities – knowledge script creation, training document updates etc. • Close collaboration with Onsite IT technicians
Job Requirements
- Language skills: fluent German and English, other languages are advantage
- Advanced MS Office apps knowledge a plus

Role Description This is a remote work from home position (Part time). The Virtual Service Business Development Center (vBDC) Agent serves as a liaison between automotive dealerships and their customers. The vBDC Agent will answer incoming calls from the dealerships service center and schedule in their scheduling tools to ensure most efficient measures are used. The vBDC Agent will assist in multiple areas as needed to guarantee we are an extension of the dealership and giving their customers exceptional customer service.
