Job Description

AI Automation & Analytics Engineer

Kramp

Role Description Join SSC Excellence & RPA Team at Kramp, where we are evolving our SSC Excellence & RPA Team beyond traditional automation. We are looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving business problems using data, automation, and AI technologies. This role is ideal for someone who has already built practical AI or machine learning solutions, enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, and wants to see their solutions used in real-life operations. As part of the SSC Excellence & RPA Team, you will: - Design and implement AI-powered business solutions. - Analyze enterprise data stored in Google BigQuery. - Develop anomaly detection, forecasting, and predictive analytics solutions. - Build AI-powered automations and integrate them with existing UiPath workflows. - Develop proof-of-concepts and scale successful ideas into production. - Create intelligent solutions supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services processes. - Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can create value. - Build dashboards, analytical models, and decision-support tools. - Explore and evaluate new AI technologies and identify practical business applications. Examples of Projects You May Work On - Detecting anomalies and savings opportunities within Indirect Spend. - Cash forecasting and working capital prediction. - AI-powered assistants supporting SSC operations. - Intelligent document processing. - Spend analytics and supplier insights. - AI-enhanced exception handling in automated processes. - Predictive workload and operational planning solutions. Qualifications - Experience developing business solutions. - Strong SQL skills. - Experience working with enterprise data and analytical datasets. - Experience delivering analytical, automation, or AI solutions used by business users in a production environment. - Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts. - Experience using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar). - Experience integrating multiple systems through APIs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to independently drive solutions from idea to implementation. - Strong communication skills and business-oriented mindset. Nice To Have - Experience with Google BigQuery. - Experience with Tableau or Power BI. - Experience with UiPath or other RPA platforms. - Experience with anomaly detection, forecasting, or predictive analytics. - Experience with AI agents, copilots, or generative AI applications. - Experience in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments. - Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP or Azure. What Will Make You Successful You don't need to be an AI researcher. We are looking for someone who can say: - I worked with business data. - I built solutions in Python. - I deployed machine learning or AI solutions that people actually use. - I integrated technology into business processes and delivered measurable results. We value practical experience, curiosity, and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions more than certificates or academic credentials. Before You Apply We are especially interested in candidates who have already delivered solutions that are being used in real business environments. When applying, be prepared to tell us about: - An AI, machine learning, analytics, or automation solution you personally built. - The business problem it solved. - The technologies and architecture you used. - How the solution was deployed and adopted by users. - The measurable business outcome or impact. We are less interested in proofs of concept and more interested in solutions that successfully moved into production and created value for the business. Why Join Us This is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of automation and analytics within a global organization. You will work with modern technologies, real business challenges, and large-scale datasets while having the freedom to experiment, learn, and implement solutions that create measurable impact. If you enjoy building practical AI solutions rather than research projects, and you want to see your work used every day by business teams, we would love to hear from you. Benefits - A stable role in an international and growing organization. - Professional onboarding and continuous learning opportunities. - A collaborative and supportive workplace culture. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Modern tools and flexibility to support your work. - Annual bonus dependent on KRAMP results. - Attractive social package (private medical care, subsidy for Multisport card, social fund). Procedure and Contact If this role and its requirements excite you, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply via the application button and submit your CV. Even if you don’t meet every requirement but believe you’re a strong fit, we encourage you to apply and tell us why. Do you have a question about this role? Please don’t hesitate to contact Patrycja Bąk – Talent Acquisition Specialist – patrycja.bak@kramp.com.
